It is quick baked and healthy bread and that can be eaten at breakfast or snack time with jam or sugar. The production capacity ranges from 400-500 loaf/hour with a diameter between 15 cm to 38 cm. It is adopted by fast food restaurants, villages, and bakeries. Space needed for line installation varies from 30-50 m².
