The two cylinder grinder is a strong, solid machine of simple use. It is a compact machine used in pastry shop kitchens for refining, milling and sheeting a variety of food products.
A special amalgam makes the refining cylinders more resistant. The loading hopper and the collecting basin for the finished products are in stainless steel. The cylinders width is 30 cm and the diameter is 15 cm – the opening between the cylinders is 8 mm.
