Pastry Sheeter is used to sheet and stretch the dough of croissant and other pastry products through adjustable thickness that ranges from 3-38 mm. It sheets by reversible action (Forward Reverse Action). The belt width is 50 cm. The working belts can be folded after working to gain space. It is a mobilized unit.
