Automatic Baklawa Flattener is used to flatten the dough of eastern sweets (such as baklawa). This machine is also used to flatten the dough of croissant. The thickness of the dough is adjustable up to 40 mm with diameter of 120 cm due to demand thus enhancing its usage with different sweets. The capacity ranges from 10 to 24 loaves due to request.
